This is a homework for you to find out your favorite low to medium intensity activity and our coaches will guide you with ideas.

What is it? 

Any physical activity that challenges your strength capacity.

How? 

In our programming  we include anterior chain (PUSH), posterior chain  (PULL) and transverse plan  (ROTATION)  to challenge your strength with lateral and bilateral patterns (single side movements) according to your fitness levels, medical conditions and goals. 

Mobility/ Flexibility/ Stability

What is it? 

Anything that includes working on the range of motion of your joints. 


Short terms benefits: 

  •   Releases general aches and pains 
  •   Increase range of motion and creates feeling of free movement 
  •   Mindfullness
  • Speed up healing process after injury

Long term benefits: 

  •   Proper engagement of muscles, hence prevention of wearing off joints.

How? 

In our programming  we include muscles and joints activation as a warm up routine and 5-10 minutes of mobility cool down according to your initial physical and postural assessments.

In our programming  we include one or two components from choosing the right intensities for you depending on your fitness levels, medical conditions and most importantly lifestyle and dedication time for recovery, as our GOAL is for you to recover with more energy , rather than overwork your body every  session. 


Depending on your fitness levels, lifestyle, postural, physical assessments and medical conditions we create an individualized program including 4 of these components. 

For 10+ sessions commitment NUTRITION GUIDANCE is INCLUDED.
