Yes! in fact, it's a great way for you to learn about exercise and fitness, as you'll have someone knowledgeable and full 4 keys approach towards health and longevity teaching you right from the start!
Not if you don't want to! An important goal for us is that you're comfortable. That means if you prefer to workout outside or home we'll set up a plan for you according to your fitness levels and goals.
STEP 1: Get initial free consultation ( ~20 min) to understand your story, goals and how can we help you to achieve it safely and efficient .
Choose your package and schedule the assessment session.
STEP 2: Sing the contract that been emailed you and provide the payment ( BLANK)
STEP 3: Assessment session include:
~10-15 min questionnaire about your medical condition past present history, lifestyle, nutrition habits (nutrition guidance is included with purchasing 10+ sessions)
~ 25-35 min physical screening:
fitness levels and guidance with technique on a primary patterns: CORE ENGAGEMENT, BEND and LIFT, WALKING PATTERN, PUSH, PULL, ROTATION.
~5-10 min flexibility and mobility screening:
introducing stretching patterns to understand full range of motion and flexibility.
~ 5-10 min Q&A setting up the schedule and time routine and possibilities.
STEP 4: Keep the consistency, enjoy your progress and energy.
It all depends on you! We'll go at your pace to reach your goals, keeping motivation and accountability from our side. How fast we progress that depends on the time and effort you put in and your medical conditions!
